We hope you enjoy Sprigs + Twigs products. Given everything is made small batch, returns are currently not accepted, but please contact us within 5-7 business days if there may be a concern with your order.
All items ship according to the method selected at the checkout. Please use tracking numbers when provided or contact us with questions or need help.
FREE SAMPLES are provided with every order and selected by sole discretion of Sprigs + Twigs.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are generally not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing high volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we anticipate a significant delay, we’ll contact you.
Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Sprigs + Twigs is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Sprigs + Twigs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We do not except returns but please contact us within 5-7 business days if you have any issues with your order.
